2. Use of Information
We use your information to:
- Operate the Platform: Enable login, session management, and core functionality

3. Sharing of Information
With Other Users
- Your username and profile are visible to other users
- Organizers see your application details when you apply to sessions
- Session participants can see who else is attending
Home Venue Information
If you host home games: Your address is shared only with participants accepted to your sessions. It is never shown publicly.
If you attend home games: You receive the host's address only after being accepted. You agree not to share this address or use it for any purpose other than attending the session.
With Service Providers
- Stripe: Payment processing - when you purchase tokens, Stripe receives and stores your payment information directly. We do not store your credit card or payment details; we only receive confirmation of successful transactions.
- Sentry: Error monitoring - receives technical error data which may include user IDs or session context when errors occur
- Fly.io: Hosting infrastructure - processes requests on our servers, collects infrastructure metrics, and stores application logs which may include user IDs and actions for operational and debugging purposes
Other Sharing
- Venue Partners: Aggregate, anonymized data about session participation
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect safety
- De-identified data: May be shared freely once it cannot identify you
We do not use advertising networks or sell your data to third parties.
