"user", "member", "you", and "your" refer to individuals using Oneshot Incarnate or attending related events, including any organization or person using Oneshot Incarnate on an organization's behalf. This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of information about members and other individuals that we collect when you use Oneshot Incarnate, including any website or services we offer, or when you communicate with us.
Collection of information
We collect information that you provide directly to us. For example: the information provided during account sign up, any information you provide as part of event participation, and any answers to survey questions. The information we may collect include identifiers like your username, password, and email address.
When you use Oneshot Incarnate we automatically collect internet activity information about you and other information. This includes information about when and how often you use Oneshot Incarnate, which pages you see, and your IP address.
Based on your consent, we may collect information from your device, like any photos you choose to upload.
